We're sorry to see you go. This page explains how to request deletion of your Drone Connect account and what happens to your data.
To request deletion of your Drone Connect account, please send an email to our support team:

- Your registered email address
- Your registered phone number (for verification)
- Reason for deletion (optional, helps us improve)
Verification (1-2 business days)
We'll verify your identity using the email and phone number associated with your account.
30-Day Grace Period
Your account will be deactivated but data retained for 30 days. You can cancel the deletion request during this period by contacting support.
Permanent Deletion
After 30 days, your account and associated data will be permanently deleted from our systems.
Confirmation Email
You'll receive a confirmation email once your data has been permanently deleted.
Data That Will Be Deleted
- •Personal information (name, email, phone)
- •Profile data and preferences
- •Profile pictures and portfolio images
- •Professional credentials (DGCA license info)
- •Job applications and gig proposals
- •Community posts and comments
- •Saved locations and service areas
- •Notification preferences
Data That May Be Retained
- •Transaction records (for legal/tax compliance) - up to 7 years
- •Anonymized analytics data (no personal identifiers)
- •Legal hold data (if required by law enforcement)
- •Backup copies (deleted within 90 days)
Retained data is kept only as required by Indian law and regulations.
Can I reactivate my account after requesting deletion?
Yes, during the 30-day grace period. Contact [email protected] to cancel your deletion request. After 30 days, deletion is permanent and you'll need to create a new account.
Will my job posts or gigs be deleted?
Yes. If you're a service provider, all your active job posts and gigs will be removed. Any pending applications or proposals will be notified that the listing is no longer available.
What happens to my subscription?
Your subscription will be cancelled and no further charges will be made. Refunds for unused subscription time are handled on a case-by-case basis - please mention this in your deletion request.
How long does the entire process take?
The total process takes approximately 32-35 days: 1-2 days for verification, 30 days grace period, and 1-3 days for final deletion processing.
