1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Drone Connect platform ("Service"), including our mobile application and website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

Drone Connect is operated by Prakhar Software Solutions Ltd. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in India.

2. Description of Service

Drone Connect is a platform that connects drone pilots with service providers and businesses seeking drone services in India. Our Service includes:

A mobile application for drone pilots to create profiles and find job opportunities
A web portal for service providers to post jobs and browse pilot profiles
Community features for sharing knowledge and networking
Subscription services for premium features

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of our Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information
Maintain and promptly update your account information
Keep your password secure and confidential
Be responsible for all activities under your account
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

3.2 Account Types

We offer different account types including Drone Pilot, Service Provider, Drone Mechanic, and Knowledge Seeker. Each account type has specific features and responsibilities.

3.3 Account Verification

Drone pilots and service providers may be required to submit documentation for verification. We reserve the right to reject or revoke verification status at our discretion.

4. User Responsibilities

4.1 Compliance with Laws

Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to:

DGCA (Directorate General of Civil Aviation) drone regulations
Digital Sky platform requirements
Local and state laws regarding drone operations
Privacy and data protection laws

4.2 Drone Pilot Responsibilities

Drone pilots using our Service represent and warrant that they:

Hold valid certifications (RPC) where required by law
Have registered their drones as required (UIN)
Maintain appropriate insurance coverage
Operate drones safely and in compliance with regulations
Provide accurate information about their qualifications

4.3 Service Provider Responsibilities

Service providers using our Service agree to:

Provide accurate job descriptions and requirements
Verify pilot credentials before engagement
Make payments as agreed with pilots
Comply with employment and contractor laws

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any illegal purpose
Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
Impersonate any person or entity
Harass, abuse, or harm other users
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
Interfere with or disrupt the Service
Scrape or collect user data without consent
Use the Service to spam or send unsolicited messages
Violate any intellectual property rights

6. Subscription and Payments

6.1 Subscription Plans

Service providers may subscribe to paid plans for additional features. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.

6.2 Payment Terms

All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are non-refundable except as required by law or as specified in our refund policy. We may change our fees upon 30 days' notice.

6.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial periods.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Prakhar Software Solutions Ltd. and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service but grant us a license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with the Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

WE DO NOT VERIFY OR ENDORSE ANY USER, PILOT, OR SERVICE PROVIDER. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR CONDUCTING YOUR OWN DUE DILIGENCE BEFORE ENGAGING WITH OTHER USERS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRAKHAR SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS LTD. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Prakhar Software Solutions Ltd., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration shall be conducted in English in Bangalore, India.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
